Resumen
Los tannitos son compuestos fenólicos secundarios de elevado peso molecular presentes en la naturaleza. Se encuentran frecuentemente en frutas, árboles, especies forrajeras templadas y otras especies como sorgo y maíz utilizadas comúnmente en la alimentación del ganado.
